PC Dave Quinnan and WPC Norieka Datta go to the scene where a teenage boy has been found dead from a massive electric shock in the flat of one of his neighbours. Dave knows the boy as he has arrested him before for burglary they talk to the tenant he tells them that he came home to find his flat broken into and the boy dead.
