Leela, Telly, and Elmo are folding clothes in the laundromat when Inspector 4, Judah Friedlander, comes along to inspect for things that are in groups of four. Inspector 4 can’t find four of anything and threatens to shut down the Laundromat! Luckily, Elmo suggests counting the bottles of fabric softener. Next, Inspector 4 visits Mr. Hooper’s store. Inspector 4 inspects the peanut butter sandwiches. Oh no! There are ten sandwiches and ten is more than four. Telly gets an idea! Last, Inspector 4 looks around the steps of Sesame Street and sees the letter “R” standing next to a rake.
