When Alan needs help at Hooper's Store on Sesame Street, Snuffy volunteers! The first customers are a zookeeper and three animals. Although he isn't able to write, Snuffy says he'll be able to remember their order. The animals tell Snuffy what they want to eat, but when Snuffy walks back to Alan, he can't remember their orders.
