Saki receives a pack from her mother where she learns of an ancient weapon called the "Psychobuster", devised by normal humans with the intention to kill psychics. Saki and Satoru then pay a visit to the imprisioned Kiroumaru, who offers them his help and the trio depart with Inui to the ruins of Tokyo, where the Psychobuster is located.
