Toyah threatens to run away again if her parents stop her seeing Dobber. Liz is upset that Jim is still his old aggressive self. She tells Michael Wall that she's been kidding herself; Jim isn't the man she wants, mobile or paralysed. Maxine worries when Audrey advertises for a trainee at the salon. Toyah plays truant to be with Dobber. Spider tells horrified Alma about Anne's plan to set her up. Alma suggests that he gets Anne to show him the letter whilst under the surveillance camera. Dobber demands Toyah steals £40 from the cafe so they can have a night out. She doesn't want to but is eager to please him. Anne shows Spider the letter and is picked up by the security camera.
