Hilda decides to have her hair coloured the same tone as Rita's. Audrey urges Gail to convince herself the baby is Brian's. Gail becomes run down and collapses in the cafe. Audrey colours Hilda's hair. Brian is worried about Gail's health. She tells him she's pregnant and he is delighted. She tells him she's not happy about the baby. Martin makes Jenny see that she should accept Rita and go on holiday; it would be a laugh. Audrey visits Gail and is longer than she thought - as a result the dye is left on Hilda's hair for forty minutes more than necessary. Jenny agrees to go to Jersey.
