Just when it seemed Danny and Shay's luck couldn't get any worse, American lawyer Tommy Sadowski appears in Manchester. He has been instructed by Eminem to sue Shady Music for using the name of his company. The lads can't even afford the rent on the office, so where are they going to find 123 million dollars? To top it all off, Danny's record signing plan goes wrong and HearKittyKitty sack the lads. With no money and no contract to keep the girls, Danny and Shay quit the label and call time on their own friendship.
