Millie tells the other dorm residents that Whitley's parents are divorcing. Whitley tries to maintain a positive attitude, and looks forward to spending the holidays with her father in Switzerland. Mr. Gilbert stuns Whitley by introducing his new, much younger girlfriend; and springs the news that she will be coming along on their trip. Denise helps the devastated Whitley cope with the situation and try to come to an understanding with Monica. Jaleesa and Maggie continually rag on the gifts from their "secret Santas," unaware that they have come from each other.
