Pat inherits a stage line from a distant relative. Gene and Pat head out west to pick it up. Gene runs into a crippled kid named Bonnie, whose father is away. When Gene starts to talk with her, he sees a masked outlaw who ambushes Pat. When Gene and Pat get to Rock River, Gene learns of a long dispute between the Buttrams and the Fords. Bonnie was a victim of the feud, with her uncle Jim Ford in jail, for shooting Terry Buttram. Gene looks for Lafe, her father, finding out that Big Mike is possing as him to get ahold of Pat's stage line. He and a partner pose as Fords, ambush and kill Pat! When they close in, Pat comes back to life, and he and Gene bring them in, settling the dispute between the Buttrams and the Fords. (thetvdb.com)
