James advises Dr. Weston to speed up his treatments. He privately worries that Lucindas reward money and Jacks diligence will be a problem for him. At the police station, Jack is forced to turn away all the bounty hunters that have arrived to give information on Stenbeck and to collect on Lucindas reward money. Meanwhile, Mitzi continues to seduce Craig, but as soon as he responds to her kiss, she floors him by insisting that she could never seduce Jack because he loves Carly, unlike Craig. Pierre calls Mitzi from Marseilles with information about the coffins. She runs to the police station, tells Jack about Craigs proposition and fills him in about what Pierre discovered.
