Barbara resists Bob, Kim and Lisas support. Craig is served a subpoena to testify at Barbaras trial. He grows concerned that the negative publicity surrounding the trial will affect his relationship with Lucy. He storms off to see Marshall and vows never to help his defense strategy. Craig lashes out at Rosanna that because she is paying Barbaras legal fees, it is her fault that he has to testify. Rosanna promises to help and offers Barbara an ultimatum: shell invest in BRO if Craig doesnt have to take the stand. At the country club, Alison interrupts a tender moment between Aaron and Lucy. They claim that their relationship is over and Alison immediately sets her sights on Aaron. Lucy warns Aaron about Alisons interest in him and says goodbye.
