As Bridget listens to Brooke and Deacon's conversation, she becomes more and more curious and wonders what Brooke's marriage has to do with her. Deacon tries to convince Brooke that if they're going to get over the past, they need to clear the air. They reminisce about the first time they were together. Bridget is horrified when Deacon tells Brooke that he'll never regret making love to her. Deacon and Brooke agree that it's over, but they will always love each other.
