He tells the investigators that after dropping Brian off at HQ the previous night, his cab was run off the road by a white car with a broken headlight. This car matches the description of Abby's missing car. He was able to identify the driver….Jimmy Tinker. He says that Jimmy drove off down the old fire road. At the morning briefing Andrew's ""Last Will & Testament"" is played and he names Alan as his choice to be the next Lifeguard. Based on the new info from X-Ray, Gary feels that following Jimmy Tinker is of the utmost importance. He assigns two teams to pursue this lead. Team One will question Jimmy about his alibi. They must also plant an audio listening device (""bug"") on him, and then stake him out to see if he leads them to Abby's car.
