The officers receive a tip about a bicycle pump that contains drugs, later the find a woman experiencing withdrawal symptoms, and they find the supplier and the pump. Other cases include a man complaining about his grass being trampled during his yard sale, only to find he was selling stolen property from another man who gave him the items from his job as a repo man.
