A group of concerned citizens patrol their neighborhood to help keep crime off the streets. After chasing an armed criminal into a warehouse a gun battle takes place and they shoot the man. When examining the body Quincy proves he hadn't fired a gun and was so drunk he couldn't even have stood up at the time. He was not, and could not have been the thief they chased into the building.
